100% Wagyu beef – Prime steer – reservation in quarters (June 2021)

Description

A prime Wagyu Steer is typically 36-42 months. It is a great balance of tenderness and marbling. The marbling in the steaks and roasts is high and there is more fat in the ground beef. This is our most premium product on the farm!

This is for a reservation on a quarter. Final price with cut and wrap will be $5.50 per pound hanging weight, due before pickup at butcher.

By the quarter this will be a standard cut.  For each half (2 quarters) this will be full custom cut.
